GCA Altium advises Mandalorian Technologies on its sale to Paf
GCA Altium has advised Mandalorian Technologies, a Swedish-licenced gaming company running online gaming sites, on its sale to Nordic gaming company Paf.
Mandalorian Technologies, headquartered in Malta but licenced in Sweden, runs the gaming sites No Account Casino, No Account Bet and Prank Casino, and employs 30 people across its Swedish and Maltese offices.
Paf is a Nordic gaming company founded on the Åland Islands in Finland and were one of the very first gaming companies to go online in 1999. The company has roughly 400 employees, with offices on Åland, in Helsinki, Stockholm, Riga, Tallinn, Oslo, Norrköping and Madrid. In 2018, the Paf Group had a total turnover of €111.8 million and a profit of €24.6 million.
With Paf’s acquisition of Mandalorian Technologies, the company will become one of the ten largest gaming companies in Sweden. Since the end of September 2019, Mandalorian Technologies has been implementing Paf’s AML and responsible gambling policies – something that Paf have confirmed to be very impressive and complimentary with their existing operations.
“We have been following Mandalorian Technologies closely for almost a year and we are impressed by the company. This is a company that did not exist two years ago and they have made a fantastic journey. The acquisition of Mandalorian Technologies is a clear signal of Paf’s long-term ambition to be a leading player in the Swedish licensed market,” says Paf’s CEO Christer Fahlstedt.
