GCA Altium advises Go Instore on its sale to Emplifi
GCA Altium acted as advisor to video-powered retail pioneer Go Instore on the sale of the company to New York-based Emplifi, the leading unified customer experience platform.
Go Instore was founded by two retail technology veterans in 2014 who anticipated the rise in live video across all aspects of life. The UK-based live streaming video platform enables video-powered retail by connecting online customers with data driven, product-matched in-store experts using immersive HD live video. Their leading-edge video technology provides brands with a new channel via which they can engage with and serve their customers, giving B2C brands faster connection-to-conversion experiences in-store and online. Go Instore has more than 60 employees and more than 100 global clients, including Currys, Marks & Spencer, Pandora, Signet Jewellers, Samsung, HP and many more.
