GCA Altium advises exceet on the sale of GS Swiss PCB
GCA Altium has advised exceet Group on the sale of GS Swiss PCB AG to funds advised by Afinum.
exceet Group is a listed holding company pursuing an opportunistic investment approach.
GS Swiss PCB, based in Küssnacht am Rigi, Switzerland, manufactures extremely reliable, highly miniaturised HDI flex, rigid-flex and rigid printed circuit boards with a market-leading position in the medical industry for small to medium volumes. Processes and systems are suitable for the most demanding applications, such as implantable defibrillators or hearing instruments.
Daniel Puschmann, CEO of GS Swiss PCB, said: “Together with Afinum we will leverage our unique technological capabilities in miniaturisation, including Semi-Additive Process, to achieve further strong growth. The management is looking forward to the fruitful cooperation with the new owner.”
Roland Lienau, President of exceet Group, commented: “After GCA Altium already advised us on the sale of AEMtec to capiton in 2018, they have advised us a second time and ran another highly professional and efficient process with a great outcome for all parties. We are convinced that GS Swiss PCB has found a good new home who will help developing the business even further.”
