GCA Altium advises EOS Partners GmbH on the acquisition financing of mod IT Services GmbH
GCA Altium has advised EOS Partners GmbH on its investment in mod IT Services GmbH, one of the leading IT services providers for SMEs and multinational corporations in Germany. The owner of mod, Anja Osterloh, transferred her shares to the owner-managed investment company EOS.
mod, founded in 1991 and based in Lower Saxony, Germany, is an IT services provider, specialised in digital workplace, IT security, and end-user services. The company provides its clients with an effective IT infrastructure, tailored to their specific requirements. As a result, end users enjoy more secure and flexible individually optimised IT workplaces. Consistent lifecycle management with a high degree of automation ensures efficient processes and cost transparency. mod’s portfolio also includes mobility solutions, managed network services and IT security solutions.
GCA Altium structured a tailored financing package which provides the company with a balanced offering between attractive financing costs in combination with sufficient flexibility to support further organic growth as well as the buy-and-build story. The financing was secured by a consortium of regional banks.

The transaction closed on May 26th, 2021. The parties agreed not to disclose any details of the transaction.
