GCA Altium acted as financial adviser to First Reserve Energy Infrastructure on the purchase agreement with Renovalia Energy for two wind farms in Mexico (228MW).
In 2011, Renovalia Energy and First Reserve Energy Infrastructure agreed to create a joint venture (Renovalia Reserve) in the wind sector. GCA Altium already advised First Reserve in the JV deal. The acquisition of the two Mexican wind farms increases the asset base of Renovalia Reserve significantly to a total of 487MW worldwide.
