GCA Advises Adaptly on Its Sale to Accenture
GCA advised Adaptly, a digital media services company, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by leading professional services provider Accenture.
Adaptly enables the world’s leading brands to manage data-driven campaigns across prominent digital advertising channels and platforms including Amazon, Facebook, Google, Instagram and Snapchat.
Upon completion of the acquisition, Adaptly will become part of Accenture Interactive Operations, the global managed service marketing arm of Accenture Interactive. Adaptly’s digital media services will specifically support Accenture Interactive’s ability to activate, optimise and measure media cross-platform and help advertisers drive superior business outcomes.
GCA acted as exclusive financial advisor to Adaptly on this transaction. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
