Ritsuko Nomomiya and Madeleine Jahr appointed to Boards of Shiseido and Viessmann Family Holding

Ritsuko was appointed to the Audit & Supervisory Board of Shiseido, the prominent Japanese multinational personal care company. She was chosen based on her vast experience in finance and accounting at various companies including KPMG in the US and Japan as well as her deep knowledge of M&A and business development gained at GCA, UBS and GE.
Viessmann, a family-run heating manufacturer, appointed a distinguished Board of External Directors comprising Madeleine, Albert Christmann (General Partner of Dr. August Oetker, a leading international food processing firm and one of the largest family-run businesses in Germany) and Thomas Rödder (Partner at international law firm Flick-Gocke-Schaumburg). Madeleine was selected based on her extensive experience working with family-owned companies and family offices.
