As VP of Marketing and Client Engagement, Susan Moran leads US marketing, branding and communications, and is a member of GCA’s global marketing team.
Susan brings over 20 years of comprehensive marketing experience to the firm. With a career focused on the professional services industry, Susan has led global marketing efforts for internationally recognized design, nonprofit and financial services organizations.
Prior to GCA, Susan led national marketing campaigns as the Vice President of Marketing at the nonprofit ecoAmerica and global marketing efforts as Managing Director, Marketing for Silicon Valley-based benefit corporation Singularity University. Previous to this, Susan served as Director of Marketing for one of Fidelity’s highest-valued business units, Pembroke Real Estate, where she focused on building the business unit’s global presence. Early in her career, she held marketing roles at international architecture firms based in Boston and New York.
Susan received a BA from Syracuse University, studied graphic design at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and received a number of marketing awards and recognitions throughout her career. She has been a volunteer for the Taproot Foundation, a Steering Committee Member of the Women in Design Network, and editor of The Creative Process, a Continuum (AIA). A passionate advocate for diversity and the professional development of her colleagues, she is a co-founder and leader of the GCA Women’s Professional Group.
