Background

Shinjiro has over 20 years of M&A and private equity advisory experience. He has a broad range of M&A transaction experience including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, corporate reorganizations, LBOs and MBOs.

Prior to joining GCA in 2016, he was with Innovation Network Corporation of Japan and UBS Investment Bank. He started his career at Nomura Securities

Shinjiro graduated from the University of Tokyo, where he majored in Economics.
